Intermediate
“Be an informed and enabled participant”
Who is this for?
For trainees who are new to TDR and are planning to be
directly involved in a TDR project. This level is suitable for
trainees who want to develop more specific understandings
of the processes and practices that are common in TDR. The
Intermediate level is intended for partners, stakeholders,
funders and other collaborators who want to be active and
informed contributors to a TDR project but are not leading
or designing TDR. For example, trainers can use this level
to design training sessions for participants coming into a
TDR project. The proficiencies listed on the next page are
considered additional to the foundational one.
